We used to be able to park outside our house for the past 22 years. Just over a year ago the whole estate has turned into a permit holder situation. Meaning we have to pay to park outiside our house.
We were having Virgin put in and someone had to park outisde. The virgin man had only just arrived and the traffic warden appeared with his colleage. He bullied us into moving our cars so I decided to take a quick video footage of him for our legal protection. He called the police and said I wasn't aloud to take video footage of him. I beg to differ. The police turned up and as usual tried to turn everything around and put words into your mouth it didn't work. They didn't even mention the videoing! So what was it all about. They went of and what a waste of police time when they could be catching real criminals. Says it all really. I cannot wait to see this guy again no doubt I will.

I know its not illegal as I wouldn’t like to think I am doing anything illegal by filming somebody who was abusive and for my own legal protection. I dont think that’s a crime.

What a prawn that officer is. Youre allowed to film in public mostly… and certainly from your own property.
If there is one thing I despise more than this chimp….its the little cam cars that hide and raise their little spy cams way above their vehicle..and spy.
Life has changed way too much and way too fast… and we are all expected to kneel down and be slapped by Local Authorities/Police etc etc. People have to make a stand before the corporate system cages us all,,,with no way out.
We have the parking zone too…in place to help us…yea yea !!! but in the end it helps THEM .. as they collect increased permit costs.. and accidental contravention fines etc etc..

I refuse to pay for parking outside especially as we haven’t had to for 22 years. So I park on my drive but if you have more than 2 cars then your in trouble which we were this day. Any service people coming to your house then you might have a problem.
